Meet the Chef

Libor Kopriva, originally from Czech Republic, was trained classically in Russian and Eastern European cuisine. Before joining Ozone he has worked in the best kitchens in Czech Republic and London. His most recent position was at the trendy Bam Bou restaurant in Percy Street, Soho, London.

Libour uses only the best of local and seasonal ingredients and all the food produced is home-made and of a consistent quality, - Shoud be spelled Libor.

He is dedicated, creative and passionate about food and we are proud to have him on board.
